2026 — Future Expansion
Our next phase of growth will bring us to 30,000㎡ and a team of 800, with a projected capacity of 10 million pieces per month.
This expansion reflects our long-term vision: to become a leading global partner for premium custom metal manufacturing.
2022 — High-Capacity Manufacturing
With a 15,000㎡ production base and 400 skilled staff, our monthly capacity reached 5 million pieces.
We further strengthened our quality control systems and production efficiency to support high-demand clients worldwide.
2019 — Industrial Scale Upgrade
We upgraded to an 8,000㎡ factory with over 220 employees and a capacity exceeding 1.2 million pieces per month.
This expansion positioned us to handle large-volume orders for global brands and complex custom projects.
2015 — First Major Expansion
Our facility expanded to 1,800㎡, increasing monthly production to 400,000 pieces.
This marked a critical step in scaling our operations while maintaining consistent product quality.
2014 — Strategic Relocation
We relocated to Shenzhen to leverage a more advanced supply chain and better access to global markets.
This move enabled us to double our production capacity and improve service efficiency for international clients.
2013 — The Beginning
YAZS Metals was founded in Kunshan with a 180㎡ workshop and a team of 16.
From the start, we focused on precision manufacturing and building a strong foundation in custom metal craftsmanship.
