Note: All timeframes referred to in this Policy are based on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding statutory holidays of China and the destination country/region, as well as logistics service providers’ rest days. This Policy applies to all shipping services for orders placed through YAZS official website (yazs.world), and shall be read together with YAZS Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy Policy.

YAZS is committed to providing high-quality shipping and customer service for all orders. We select the most secure and efficient shipping service based on your delivery location, order quantity and parcel specifications upon order confirmation, which helps optimize shipping costs for both parties.

SECTION 1 – SHIPPING SERVICE (SS)

1.1 Shipping Methods & Estimated Shipping Time

We provide three shipping methods for global orders, with the following standard estimated timeframes (excluding order processing time):

1.3 Order Processing Time

Orders will be shipped only after complete processing and quality inspection. The standard processing time is 20-25 working days for regular customized quantities. For large customized bulk orders, the processing time will be separately confirmed and notified to you by our sales team via email.

Please take the order processing time into full consideration before placing your order. Our sales team will confirm the final processing + shipping time with you upon order confirmation.

1.4 Shipping Delay

Shipping may be delayed due to factors that are not fully controllable by YAZS, including but not limited to abnormal weather, flight/vessel delays, port/customs clearance congestion, emergencies at the shipping and delivery destinations, and other force majeure events.

In the event of any shipping delay, we will:

  1. Notify you of the specific delay reason and re-estimated delivery time via email within 2 working days of becoming aware of the issue;
  2. Make every reasonable effort to coordinate with logistics providers to minimize the impact of the delay;
  3. Keep you updated on the latest shipping progress until the parcel is delivered.

All delivery timeframes in this Policy are estimated for reference only and do not constitute a binding delivery commitment by YAZS.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING COSTS & TAXES (SCT)

2.1 Shipping Cost Quotation

Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight/volume of the parcel, shipping destination, selected shipping method and order quantity.

After you confirm the product design, customized quantity and shipping address with our sales team, we will provide you with a formal shipping cost quotation (the final payable amount). For large customized bulk orders, exclusive shipping cost negotiation is available.

2.2 Payment of Shipping Costs

All shipping costs shall be prepaid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing between YAZS and the buyer. The shipping cost must be paid in full together with the order payment before the order enters the processing stage.

2.3 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, local consumption taxes, customs handling fees and other related taxes for international shipments are borne solely by the buyer, and shall be paid in accordance with the relevant laws, policies and customs regulations of the destination country/region.

YAZS is not responsible for declaring, paying or reimbursing any local taxes or duties, and will not be liable for any delivery delays or losses caused by the buyer’s failure to pay the relevant taxes on time.

SECTION 3 – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

3.1 Shipping Methods

Q: What shipping options are available for my order?

A: We provide Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping and Ship Transportation. We will select the most appropriate shipping method based on your order’s parcel weight, customized quantity and shipping destination. You may also specify your preferred shipping method when placing the order, and our sales team will confirm the feasibility and corresponding costs with you.

3.2 Shipping Time

Q: If I choose standard shipping, how long will it take for the order to be delivered?

A: Standard shipping takes around 15-30 working days (excluding order processing time) if no unexpected delays occur. The comprehensive delivery time (processing + shipping) will be confirmed by our sales team upon order confirmation.

3.3 Shipping Cost

Q: Can I see how much shipping will cost before I confirm my order?

A: Yes. After you confirm the product design, customized quantity and shipping address with our sales colleagues, we will provide you with a formal shipping cost quotation for your confirmation before order placement.

3.4 Order Shipment

Q: When will my order be shipped out?

A: Your order will be shipped out immediately after complete processing and quality inspection (standard 20-25 working days for regular customized quantities). Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number and official logistics tracking link. You can track the real-time delivery status through the link.

3.5 Shipping Address Modification

Q: Can I modify the shipping address after placing an order?

A: You may request to modify the shipping address only if the order has not entered the processing stage. Please contact our sales team immediately via email for address modification. Once the order starts processing, the shipping address cannot be changed for logistics and processing safety reasons.

3.6 Parcel Inspection & After-Sales

Q: What should I do if the parcel is damaged or the quantity is inconsistent upon receipt?

A: Please inspect the parcel in the presence of the logistics courier upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, the quantity is inconsistent or the products have quality problems, please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the parcel packaging, damaged products and quantity discrepancy as evidence;
  2. Contact our customer service at support@yazs.world within 48 working hours of receipt;
  3. Provide the evidence and order information for our verification.

We will verify the situation within 3 working days and provide a tailored solution for you (e.g., re-delivery, partial refund, compensation).

3.7 Tax Fees

Q: Should I pay for the tax fees for international shipments?

A: Yes. Import duties, local taxes and customs handling fees for international shipments are borne by the buyer, and the specific tax amount is subject to the latest policies and customs regulations of your destination region.

SECTION 4 – CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY (CTSP)

YAZS reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of this Shipping Policy at its sole discretion, in accordance with changes in logistics industry rules, international shipping policies and company business needs.

Any revised version of this Policy will be posted on YAZS official website (yazs.world) with a prominent notice and a reasonable public comment period of at least seven (7) calendar days prior to its effective date. The revised version will take effect on the stated effective date; if no effective date is specified, it will take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of YAZS shipping services after the effective date of the revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to check the official website periodically for updates to this Policy.
