The process begins with the PMC (Production and Material Control) Department, which is responsible for precise production scheduling, resource allocation, and order coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Design Department

PMC Department

By coordinating all departments efficiently, PMC ensures timely production and smooth workflow execution, especially for large-volume OEM/ODM orders.

Molding Workshop
The Molding Workshop focuses on mold development and manufacturing. By transforming approved designs into durable production molds, this workshop ensures stability and repeatability in large-scale production, forming the foundation for consistent product quality.

CNC Workshop
The CNC Workshop utilizes advanced computer numerical control equipment to perform high-precision machining. Die Casting Workshop

Stamping Workshop

Polishing Workshop

Dust-free Coloring Workshop

Quality Control Department
